TRY THIS: Eat breakfast every day for a week and see if it helps with that mid-morning mood/energy dip. Suggestions include: porridge, wholegrain cereals or ‘live’ yoghurt, with fresh or dried fruit, nuts and seeds, or wholemeal bread plus nut or seed butters and sugar-free jam.
