Apple ‘N greens smoothie

Basic fruit and vegetable recipe for a healthy breakfast or snack

  • ¼ cup strawberry juice
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup frozen peaches
  • ½ sliced banana
  • ½ frozen mango
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of green vegetable juice

Place everything into a blender. Blend until smooth consistency. Ready to drink.

 

Orange-a-peel smoothie

Freshly squeezed orange juice and strawberries.

  • 1 sliced banana
  • 2/3 cup of frozen whole strawberries
  • ½ cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 scoops of vanilla non-fat frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice

Adding kale to your diet.

  • ½ cup of frozen/fresh peaches
  • ½ cup frozen/fresh kale
  • 1/3 fresh banana
  • ½ peach juice
  • ½ lemonade
  • Raw pumpkin seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • ½ cup of ice
